COSCTO HEARING AIDS - CARELESS AND THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I GOT!

I TOOK MY HEARING AID FOR REPAIR AND STILL DOES NOT WORK AND I TOLD THEM THAT. THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO TELL ME TO CALL OR SHIP MY HEARING AID TO THE COMPANY SO THEY CAN REPAIR IT OR SOLVE THE PROBLEM.


ITS BEEN VERY HARD ON ME WITH NO HEARING AID. ESPECIALLY SINCE I AM MOM THAT HAVING TROUBLE HEARING MY FAMILY AND HAVING THEM TO REPEAT TWICE.

NOW I'M TRYING TO SEE WHO CAN FIX MY HEARING AID. PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM, YOU WILL HAVE NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS.

THE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT ORGANIZED,STILL NEW AND GIVES OUT WRONG INFORMATION SO BE CAREFUL.

Take a deep breath and collect your thoughts….

Typically only so much can be done in-house, this goes for any hearing centre. If the hearing aids are under warranty & not working, they will send them into the factory to be either repaired or replaced. If they are not under warranty, there will be a repair charge of about $250 per hearing aid.
