Costco ReSound hearing aids; a defective product
Costco hearing personnel are great. However, they have replaced my Costco ReSound hearing aids twice because the first two sets kept going off several times per day.
I'm on the third set and now they periodically go off also. ReSound would not provide me any support for the problem and only said to go back to Costco. ReSound has to be manufacturing a defective product with three sets in only a few months! How can a company take my $2600 and not provide me with a working, problem free product? I'm undecided about what to do next.
