I hope all stores do not operate like Hanover, Pa! My dad has had nothing but trouble with his hearing aid. At best it is 2 years old. The last time it stopped working, he called the Hanover office to have the secretary tell him that she was not allowed to schedule my dad for any more visits and that he needed a new hearing aid.


What the hearing aid repair man said was-They don't make your hearing aid anymore and said nothing about him needing a new one. They might have the best hearing aid but NO SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a way to treat a 90 year old WWII veteran. Would not use Beltone out of Hanover, Pa or any store where that hearing aid repair man works!!!!!!!
