Dissactisfaction with Audible hearing aids and technician

I have my third set of hearing aids. The last 2 came from Audibel Hearing aid center in Franfort, Ky.
I have been having problems and keep going back for cleaning and adjustments as recommended. I have had this set for 18 months and was told I had wax in my ears. I went to my family doctor and he found a small amount of wax in one ear and the other was clean. I then went back to technician for second time in 1 week. This time he said he adjusted them about as far as he could and sent me on my way.
I came home and tried them, went to church and could not hear what was being said and we have a sound system in our church. I go back for the third time and told he had done all he could do but test me for new hearing aids. I feel that no matter how bad my hearing is, hearing aids that were purchased for $4,000 should last longer and be able to re-program for longer than 18 months.
Needless to say, I have been very dissatisfied with the aids and the service. I have decided that I do not have any faith in the technician and therefore will not return again for check-up in February.
I do feel that I should be compensated for some of the expense that I have been out, not only for part of the price of the aids but also for all the time that I sit and can not hear what is going on in the same room with me.
I have to say that I don't feel as I should reccommend your brand to any of my friends.
