I have had to bring mine back several times. The tech, Jane Redlingrer, doesn't know what she's doing, lies and blames things on me trying to make it my fault for the junk she sells falling apart and she's terribly rude. They have a terrible customer service! The only person who has helped me is the rep but that doesn't speak towards Costco at all.
