problems with hearing aid battery life, 1 or 2 days battery goes dead

by Alfred Nielson

I have Microtech Mobility 30 hearing aids, bought May 4, 2012, did not have a problem right away but the last few months the battery life is terrible! 1 to 2 days and they go bad.

I have tried different brands of batteries, they do not seem to make a difference, the problem is 90% on my left aid which is my worst ear.

I have been dealing with Temecula Hearing Center for several years, Michael Stejikal has been very good but recently they have had 2 medical emergencies and the office is closed, do not know what happened.

What can I do?
Thank you, Alfred Nielson E-mail: lliz3@yahoo.com

Battery life

Perhaps you are not opening up the battery holder when you take them off at night. 5 days or 6 should be common.

Temecula Hearing Center

Mike is now with Connect Hearing in Temecula. He will service your hearing aids.

I too, have had battery problems, power limited to 3 days with Microtech Vector. They are only 2 1/2 years old but clarity of sound has diminished.

Sorry to have purchased these expensive hearing aids with poor performance.
