Try Someplace Else

Mother-in-Law bought hearing aids 2 years ago. First year, no problems. Since then nothing but problems. From decline in quality, feedback, to poor tips.


Tried to get another appointment today. Told, "we are booked through Thanksgiving" - that's over a week and a half. Totally unacceptable. I have had my aids for 5 years. Whenever I need service it is promptly provided.

Bottom line, you get what you pay for. I would NEVER recommend Costco - lousy product and lousy service.
